And my own.In September of 2017, I was the heaviest I'd ever been, 297 pounds. Depressed, fat, and out of shape, but I knew I had to change something. Thankfully, I have an older brother who still looks out for me, and one day a package with the DDPY DVDs showed up. I recently told him that since I hated being the fat guy who could only walk on the treadmill at the gym back then, there would have been no chance to get my fat ass into a yoga studio.But DDPY gave me a chance to earn my fitness back, in private, with a coach in DDP who is hugely encouraging in making your workout your own, and providing examples of how to adapt the exercises to suit your current situation. It's as if the book was written personally to the reader. It's easy to keep reading. Page is a wonderful dude. I personally bought four. One for my collection, and three more as gifts and for others to borrow. Everyone should know the mentality this book describes. And then it's up to you to Own It! What's it?
